Phaedra Parks Loves Thongs & Has a PhD in Booty
The #RHOA mom reveals her love for risque fashion — as seen in that trip to Miami.
Phaedra Parks put her flair for barely-there fashion on display when The Real Housewives of Atlanta crew headed to Miami for a little ladies' vacay. And, as it turns out, Phaedra's eye-catching vacation thong is hardly a new look for the lawyer/mom. "People who know me [know] I have a love for nudity. I think the human body is just beautiful," Phaedra told The Daily Dish. "Of course, I am a donkologist. I have a PhD in booties."
And, just because she's a mom doesn't mean she has to tone down her attire. "I'm a mom, I think it's OK when you're at the beach to wear a good ol' thong," Phaedra dished. "I've been wearing thongs since I was a teenager when it wasn't even popular, so I've stayed the course. No need in changing now."
Phaedra says she knew that Miami was the right time and place to break out her thong and extra-revealing cover-up. "When in Rome, do as the Romans. You shouldn't wear a thong to church — that's when I bring out my nice Kate Spade dress, my skater skirts. But, you know, when I'm at the beach, honey, I'm there for sun and fun," she explained, before revealing her personal tanning philosophy. "And if it's covered, you can't tan it.
