Phaedra Park Reflects on Her Sons Growing Up: "How Time Flies"

The #RHOA mom reveals which son is "all brain" and which is "all brawn."

By Laura Rosenfeld

Phaedra Parks' sons Ayden and Dylan Nida have grown up before our very eyes on The Real Housewives of Atlanta over the years. And that's pretty literal, considering the fact that when we first met Phaedra in Season 3, she was pregnant with her first child, Ayden.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Now Ayden is 6 years old, Dylan is 3, and they're in first grade and day school, respectively, Phaedra updated The Daily Dish (clip above). "How time flies," the RHOA mom said.

Even though Ayden may be "all brain" and Dylan may be "all brawn," according to Phaedra, she said they get along swimmingly. "They are the best of friends," Phaedra gushed. "They love a good, playful banter. Sometimes it gets a little aggressive."

As for Phaedra's bestie Porsha Williams, she also teased that "Frick and Frack are still in bliss" this season of RHOA. "We're very happy. We're having a good time," she said, adding that we'll see the two be very politically-minded as well as they head to the Democratic National Convention this season.

But you can also expect Phaedra to bring the shade, as usual. "Everybody knows I am the Queen of Shade, but this year I'll just be serving a few palm trees," she said.

However, after watching this clip, we're not so sure if we believe that Phaedra will stick to that. You'll feel the same after you relive this moment from Sunday night's RHOA season premiere.
