The battle between the Gorgas and the Giudices will finally come to a head on Sunday night's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey when the families head to Lake George, NY for a family retreat.

But based on this first-look of Sunday's episode—which follows the heated exchange between all family members—it looks like it turns into a full-blown family war.

The drama starts out when Joe Gorga tells his sister Teresa Giudice that she's scum.

Later, when Teresa informs her husband about the exchange, he flips out. "I'm gonna tell him to apologize," he tells his wife as he storms back in.
