The Windmill House (Amagansett, Long Island)
Alec Baldwin and Gwyneth Paltrow once owned this charming summer home, and it's rumored that Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller once stayed there. The 1,100-square-foot, three-story abode is crafted out of an old preserved windmill, the top floor of which now functions as a walk-in closet. Situated two miles from the beach, the three-bed, one-bath property features a 100-year-old apple orchard and sits on five acres. The home is valued at $7.9M, but if you're not in the mood to buy, you can rent the property for the summer for just $50,000.
