Bumblebee Manor (Shelter Island, NY)

Need to dock your boat, helicopter, or sea plane? The 10,000-square-foot property features a 100-foot private dock where you can anchor your various means of transportation. The home was designed by Billy Joel's architect, and features seven fireplaces, a pool house, an elevator, guest quarters and a professional kitchen (with a sunroof for good measure). If that's not enough, the six-bed, six-and-a-half-bath main home boasts ocean views, and sits along 350 feet of private beach. This estate sits on three acres, and can be yours for just $14.995M.

The Beach Bunker (Montauk, NY)

This 5,500-square-foot ocean view home sits on one-third of an acre and features an open floor plan. Designed to withstand the elements, the steel-framed home is completely weather-proof, with retractable shutters and windows valued at $450,000. In keeping with the retractable theme, the pool house features movable walls, making it great for indoor or outdoor entertaining. The six-bed, seven-bath property also boasts a fireplaces made of black granite imported from Zimbabwe. This beach bunker can be yours for $6M.

The Windmill House (Amagansett, Long Island)

Alec Baldwin and Gwyneth Paltrow once owned this charming summer home, and it's rumored that Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller once stayed there. The 1,100-square-foot, three-story abode is crafted out of an old preserved windmill, the top floor of which now functions as a walk-in closet. Situated two miles from the beach, the three-bed, one-bath property features a 100-year-old apple orchard and sits on five acres. The home is valued at $7.9M, but if you're not in the mood to buy, you can rent the property for the summer for just $50,000.
