Looking to own property in the great state of New Jersey? Well, Kathy Wakile's Wayne home is on the market and it just might have everything your heart has ever desired. The Colonial-style home boasts a heated pool, four bedrooms, formal living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, family room, finished basement and a master bedroom with not one, but two closets. Located near the Point View Reservoir, it's currently on the market for $799,900. The Real Housewives of New Jersey pal and her husband, Rich, purchased the home in 1995.
According to NJ.com, the duo have been spending the last two years building their new place in Franklin Lakes. They purchased the land for the the custom-built turreted mansion in 2013 — and Rich was even reportedly spotted at the place this week putting some finishing touches on the landscaping, with their move expected to take place within the next two months. Of course, as we saw last season on RHONJ, they've also had some input from Kevin Jonas.
