1. Her Father Is Legendary Hair Guru Vidal Sassoon

Eden's father, Vidal Sassoon, was a prominent hairstylist who actually created the bob haircut (and was originally credited with giving Mia Farrow her iconic pixie for Rosemary's Baby). He's also known for his hair products, especially his hair dryers. Eden has followed in her father's footsteps by opening a full-service salon, EDEN by Eden Sassoon.

2. She Owns Her Own Pilates Studio

EDEN by Eden Sassoon Pilates is located in the middle of Beverly Hills. But if you can't make it there, her Instagram serves us plenty of fitspiration and helps make the case for why this workout is the way to go.

3. Her Mother Was an Actress

Beverly Adams (later Beverly Sassoon) is an actress whose 1960s career helped her to land roles in films like How to Stuff a Wild Bikini alongside Mickey Rooney and Annette Funicello and The Silencers alongside Dean Martin. Eden's parents were married from 1967-1981 and had four children together. 

4. She Has Two Children

Eden shares custody of her two children, Olivia and Tyler. Despite her busy schedule, she always makes time for her kids including by bringing them to gorgeous destinations like Capri.

5. She Created Her Own Nonprofit

Like her father, she's passionate about philanthropy. Eden founded Beauty Gives Back, a nonprofit that encourages the professional beauty industry to help fight against the global water crisis through The Thirst Project. 

6. Celeb Encounters Aren't Unusual for Her

From models to social media influencers, it's all a day in the life of Eden. 

7. She's Been Sober for Four Years

The beauty and wellness entrepreneur likes to say she lives her life on an ongoing cleanse.
