And baby makes four for The Real Housewives of Miami's Lisa Hochstein! Lisa just welcomed her second child with husband Lenny Hochstein, a baby girl, via surrogate.
Lisa made the surprise announcement on Instagram on September 18. "We are beyond excited and overjoyed to finally be home with the newest member of the Hochstein family," Lisa captioned a precious photo of herself and Lenny meeting their baby girl in the hospital. "Elle Marie Hochstein was born Monday, September 16 via surrogate."
She also gushed in the post, "She is an absolute angel baby and we are overflowing with joy."
This is the second child for Lisa and Lenny, who appeared in Seasons 2 and 3 of RHOM. They are also parents to son Logan, 4, who they welcomed via surrogate in 2015.
Lisa has long been open about her struggles to become a mom, previously going through multiple rounds of IVF in an effort to get pregnant. So when the time came to celebrate her first Mother's Day, she was bursting with joy over finally being able to expand her family.
"I feel like my life has much more purpose and meaning. I'm more focused, and strive to be better at everything every day for him. Things that mattered before seem so silly now. He's such a happy and pleasant baby. He was worth the wait," Lisa told The Daily Dish in May 2016. "I'm much more calm, better organized, for starters. I'm much more carefree and relaxed when it comes to my appearance or anything to do with me. It's refreshing how motherhood changes someone. It's all about Logan now. I'm a better person all around."
This isn't the only baby news to come out of Miami these days. Lisa's fellow Miami Housewife Joanna Krupa is also expecting her first child, a baby girl, with husband Douglas Nunes.
