Asa Soltan Rahmati Will Be a "Super Overprotective" Mom, Reza Farahan Predicts

Asa Soltan Rahmati confirmed last week that she is expecting her first child with longtime boyfriend, Jermaine Jackson Jr., and according to Reza Farahan, the Shahs of Sunset mom-to-be was quite stealthy in keeping her baby news a secret.

"[I'm] not really [surprised] only because she had told me by 40 she was going to start trying immediately," Reza told The Daily Dish. "What I was shocked by was the bitch was pregnant for five months and she kept it from me. And it was a total jaw-on-the floor shocking surprise to me [that she could do that]. I have no idea. I know that in the first trimester you kind of don't want to say anything just because it's a high-risk pregnancy and she's 40 and you want to make sure that the baby's healthy and the pregnancy is progressing, but beyond that I'm shocked she was able to keep that from me."

It was hard for Reza to decipher any clues because almost nothing about Asa's routine seemed different up until the moment she confirmed her pregnancy. "The bitch is always lathered up in almond oil in her hair and cocoa butter on her skin, so I see her and she'd be glistening like she sprayed Armor All on herself, but it wasn't any different from normal. So that didn't give away either. And she loves to eat so we'd go out and she'd be like pigging out, but me and her normally pig out even when she's not pregnant, so the normal things that might let someone on didn't let me on because that's how the bitch lives normally."

According to Reza, Asa is already very tuned into her motherly instincts. "She's gonna be an amazing mom, but I can already tell they're gonna be super overprotective," Reza shared. "Like, she's gonna be carrying around the jumbo, industrial-size bottle of Purell. You know, if you haven't had your whooping cough shots you can't touch the baby, that kind of thing."

Asa and Jermaine choose to keep their relationship off camera, and Reza notes that he totally applauds the father-to-be for choosing to be a more private person. "They're super affectionate. They're super cute. And because Jermaine comes from obviously such a recognizable family on both sides; you know his grandfather on his mother's [Hazel Gordy] side is Barry Gordy, who started Motown [Records] and then, obviously, he's a Jackson, so he has lived his life always knowing his family was in the limelight. So he's a super private person and I just respect that just cause I know how some of my family members are with the fact that I'm on a reality show. I'm obviously not a Jackson, but I know how some of my family members don't want to have anything to do with being in the spotlight. So it's just something that I respect."

Asa's baby news means that baby fever may be spreading in the Shahs squad. "I'm so excited," he said. "I'm so happy for her, but I'm also a little pissed because for some reason Asa having baby has turned on Adam's biological clock and he wants a baby tomorrow."
