Drew Sidora Gets Emotional Over Her Divorce from Ralph Pittman in RHOA Season 15 Trailer
The former couple’s split is set to play out on the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, premiering in May.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 15 will once again document the highs and lows of Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman’s marriage, as the show has done in the past. However, this time fans are aware that an unfortunate end is in sight, as the former couple reportedly filed for divorce in early March.
What’s more, the just-released season trailer offers a preview of the difficulties to come. In one clip, Drew and Ralph can be seen in couples therapy, where Drew reveals, “Ralph has moved out of the bedroom. I have no more tears to cry.”
Responds Ralph, “Who hasn’t filed for divorce?”
Chatter of said divorce picks back up at the end of the trailer as Drew’s castmates — Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, Shereé Whitfield, Marlo Hampton, and Sanya Richards-Ross — get word of the news as it’s reported online. With several headlines being displayed, Marlo notes the divorce is a “top story.”
Finally, the RHOA cameras flash to an emotional Drew in a confessional interview. “Are you ready to talk about Ralph?” a producer asks, to which a teary-eyed Drew responds, “Yeah.”
Set to premiere on May 7, the new season will arrive roughly two months after NBC News reported that Drew and Ralph had filed for divorce.
The two married in 2014, and today, they are parents to son Machai and daughter Aniya. Drew is also the mother of an 11-year-old son, Josiah, from a previous relationship.
Since joining RHOA in Season 13, Drew has been open about “the high highs and the low lows,” as she once put it, of her and Ralph’s relationship. One of her latest updates came at BravoCon 2022 in October, when she told fans, “It’s hard, not gonna lie, but it’s marriage.”
“Whether it’s a relationship or a marriage, know that it’s not one note,” Drew continued. “It’s a roller-coaster ride. You have your good days, you have your bad days.”
More recently, RHOA alum Porsha Williams reacted to the news of Drew and Ralph’s divorce while on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “My reaction to any of these girls on these shows doing a divorce in public, automatically, my heart goes out to them. Because I had to do it on TV,” Porsha said on the March 26 episode. “So I immediately reached out to her and told her I was praying for her. And honestly, [I’m] praying for him too, because in a situation like that, you want the best outcome for both people. If it’s not working out, go ahead and break up.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 15 premieres Sunday, May 7, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Catch all prior seasons on Peacock.
