Crystal Kung Minkoff Has Some Thoughts on THIS Moment at Garcelle Beauvais' Party
The RHOBH cast member opened up about husband Rob Minkoff's dance moves at the party, and also shared a glimpse at what her family's been up to lately.
Crystal Kung Minkoff has highlighted several of her family's talents in the past, including her brother Jeffrey Kung's music career as a pop star and her and Rob Minkoff's kids' musical abilities. In addition to commending her husband Rob's major accomplishments as a film director, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member recently mentioned another passion of Rob's that he put on full display during the June 29 episode.
"Rob...he loves to dance," Crystal said in an interview in the episode, which featured a montage of Rob's dance moves at Garcelle Beauvais' 55th birthday bash. She went on to add, "Our friends call him 'Hip Hop Rob' — that's his nickname, actually."
And Crystal couldn't help but recall that moment of Rob shimmying on the dance floor in her recent Instagram post featuring a photo of her husband at Garcelle's birthday, in which a fan wrote, "I'm convinced that Rob Minkoff's dance moves inspired 'I Just Can't Wait to Be King' from Disney’s [The Lion King]."
Crystal commented on the humorous observation in her July 1 post, and made a reference to one of her husband's latest projects, writing, "The King of Norfolk himself!!" along with the hashtag "Hip Hop Rob Strikes Again" in the caption. As fans may recall, Rob revealed some details about the upcoming animated musical he's developing, which he told Crystal's brother is "based on a children's book" and mentioned visiting a castle belonging to "the Duke of Norfolk" while working abroad on the project.
Recently, Crystal shared even more updates on her family, including glimpses at their latest getaway. "No luggage, no problem. Well, sorta. But we love Ireland and it hasn’t stopped us!" Crystal shared in the caption of her July 3 post, which featured her family, including her daughter Zoe and son Max, during their vacation to Ireland.
The RHOBH mom gave more peeks into her family's travels in Ireland, posting a photo of her "beautiful boy" Max during their adventures, as well as a sweet photo of Zoe, writing in the caption, "We’re overstaying our welcome and loving every second. [Ashford Castle] you are magnificent."
Crystal, Rob, and their kids also made a stop in Amsterdam, as she revealed in a series of stunning photos from their vacation. "There aren’t many places that have captured my heart like Amsterdam has," she wrote in the caption of her post. "Thank you [Captain Jack Amsterdam] for the fun and magical canal tour highlighting the beauty of this city. It was the perfect end to our stay here in Holland."
In addition to offering a look at her family's fun moments together, Crystal also paid tribute to Jeffrey in a recent June 30 post, which featured photos of her brother. She added some heartfelt words about Jeffrey in the caption, writing, "Who can say their sibling is their best friend?"
