Dorit Kemsley Comments on Recent Reports About Her Finances: "There Is No Money Issue"
The RHOBH bathing suit designer discussed speculation about her finances and legal matters.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Dorit Kemsley just addressed recent reports about her finances in connection with her husband's legal issues. When speaking to TooFab on October 11, she said, "Everything is perfect. There is no money issue."
Dorit has claimed she has been as open as she can in recent months in regards to any legal and financial issues that have been speculated on in the press. She spoke about reports that her and husband Paul "PK" Kemsley's bank account had been frozen amid his legal battle during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in July, noting that the reports from around that time were not true in "the way it's been blown up in the press."
At the time, when Andy Cohen tried to get her to elaborate, Dorit noted that she couldn't say much on the matter (clip above). "It has nothing to do with Beverly Beach. It's an ongoing issue that PK's had, and this was our bank account, and I actually stopped anything from happening, and the judge decided to wait until the situation, things become more clear, and that's it," she explained over the summer. "It has nothing to do with what Camille was saying. And no, I certainly do not owe Camille an apology."
PK's finances were a hot topic during Season 9 of RHOBH when Camille Grammer confronted Dorit about it during the season. "PK's affairs, and whoever's coming out trying to say he owes him money, that is from another lifetime ago. It's way before me, it's way before his bankruptcy. It's at the height — and unfortunately, when you become public, they come out of the woodwork and that's exactly what's happening," she said in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9 After Show, clip below. "There's far more to the story than what people think that they know, and there's a lot that I can't say, obviously, because it's in the hands of the lawyers and where it should be."
