Dr. Jen Armstrong Shares an Update on Her Marriage and Reveals If Husband Ryne Watches RHOC

Dr. Jen Armstrong's marital issues with husband Ryne became the focus of the February 9 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. And when Jen needed some wisdom on how to navigate their issues, she leaned on Heather Dubrow.

Jennifer and Heather reflected on their heart-to-heart about Jennifer's relationship ups and downs, and Jennifer also shared her take on Heather's advice in The Real Housewives of Orange County After Show, clip above. "It was really helpful," she said. "It's good advice, good tools to use."

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday (February 9), Jen offered an update on how things are in her marriage to Ryne today. She shared if watching the relationship play out on this season of RHOC had any effect on her (she confirmed that Ryne does not watch the show). "It first hurts, and then helps," she said. "There's nothing like a microscope and 40 cameras on your relationship to shake it up."

So, how are Jen and Ryne now? "I think it has been very healing for our relationship," she said, adding, "We're pretty good [now]. We're in a way better place. Way better."

As for the advice Heather gave her this season on RHOC, Jen reveals if it's made any difference. "I mean he wants to bolster our relationship," she said. "He's been doing loving things every day."
