Shannon Storms Beador Shares an Update on Dog Archie’s Health
The RHOC cast member opened up about her pet’s latest health scare.
Shannon Storms Beador is sharing an update on her dog, Archie. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member opened up about her golden retriever’s recent health scare in an Instagram post.
On April 22, Shannon revealed that her pet is currently facing some health issues. “Archie has not been doing well for the last few months,” she captioned several photos of the dog, going on to add, “We are taking Archie to our vet and a specialist to get him better, but it is difficult.”
Shannon went on to explain, “We are told his immune system is shot. He has been on multiple antibiotics for various skin infections for the last 3 months and has been taking Apoquel. Nothing helped. Right now we are combining western and holistic medicine in hopes that something will work.”
Shannon concluded by adding, “Please say a little prayer for Archie. We are beside ourselves in the Beador home.”
Shannon previously opened up about Archie’s health in February. “Poor Archie has a cone around his head because he has allergies and is biting at his skin. But how sweet is he to still have a smile on his face!” Shannon wrote in the caption of the photo, also adding a heart-eye emoji and the hashtag sweetest dog ever.
