It's only Day 3, and 2022 is kicking off with some interesting relationship news.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Vicki Gunvalson's ex-fiancé, Steve Lodge, has confirmed that he's engaged again just three months after it was announced that he and The Real Housewives of Orange County alum had broken up after five years together.

"I did ask Janis on December 20th if she would become Mrs. Steve Chavez Lodge, and she happily agreed," Steve said in a statement to PEOPLE. "We will be married in April 2022. We are both very excited, incredibly happy, totally in love and look forward to our life together."

Steve confirmed the engagement just as it was reported that Vicki might be dating again post-split. She's also been spending time with her family, awaiting the birth of her fourth grandchild, hanging out in Mexico, and catching up with pals. The RHOC alum also posted an uplifting message about what she's looking forward to in the new year — including her thoughts on one day having her love tank filled by someone new.

"As we enter into 2022, I want to first of all say thank you for all your support throughout this bumpy past year. You have stood by me and encouraged me to continue to be ME, to not give up hope on ME. I still believe in love, honest, committed love," Vicki posted over the weekend. "I encourage all of you to continue to find happiness in being alone as there is peace in that too. My best to all of you. Health 1st, happiness, prosperity and [LOVE]."

Andy Cohen is also rooting for Vicki to find someone special in the coming year. "If [Vicki] doesn’t find a GREAT guy this year, it won’t be a good year. She deserves it," the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host tweeted on Monday (January 3), the same day the Steve news made headlines, adding the hashtag, "Full Love Tank for VG."

When The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Garcelle Beauvais commented, "Uh hello me too!!," Andy noted, "YOU TOO! And ME too! But Vicki may be up first she has been through it!"

Maybe love is in the air for everyone in the new year.
