Briana Culberson Gets Real About Her Family and Being a Mom to 4 Kids, and Spills on Her “Little Bunch”
Plus, find out how Briana’s mom, RHOC’s Vicki Gunvalson, feels about her daughter’s most recent life change.
For a long time, The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson’s adult daughter, Briana Culberson, was the only female in her household. The onetime RHOC kid and her husband, Ryan, were parents to three sons — Troy, Owen, and Hank — but the scales tipped back in Briana’s favor in 2022 when she welcomed her daughter, Cora.
In a recent interview with The Daily Dish, she revealed why her sons didn’t immediately welcome the idea of having a baby sister around.
“Oh, they were pissed. They wouldn’t talk about it my whole pregnancy. They would just glare at me, glare at my stomach. They were like, ‘Our whole house is going to be pink, we’re going to have to get rid of all of our footballs, she’s gonna be so annoying.’ But they love her,” the proud mom recently shared in an exclusive phone interview. “She’s so sweet and, like, dainty, and all of her movements are just so feminine and she’s so quiet. She causes no problems, so they love her.”
Things are certainly busy for Briana, who is not only dealing with two kids under 3 (Hank and Cora) but also keeping busy with her two older sons’ very hectic schedules.
“Troy, our oldest, is about to turn 11. He wants to be in the NFL. All he talks about is sports. Football, football. He sleeps holding a football, he wakes up in the morning tossing the football while making eggs, and it’s just football, football, football,” she said. “Our second son, Owen, just turned 9, and he is the fastest kid I have ever seen. Nobody can beat him in a race, and he loves to race anybody. All about sports. He can make a friend anywhere he goes… He’s just the happiest kid. Happy to be anywhere. Happy to be doing anything.”
She continued, “Hank is 2 [and a half] and he loves Hot Wheels cars and Toy Story. We had no idea naming him, but Hank means ‘home ruler’ and he definitely rules our house. He bosses everybody around with a big smile on his face. He’s everybody’s boss. Cora is a year and a half, and she’s the sweetest, quietest thing. We can take her to the kids’ football games for 8 hours straight on a Saturday and she’ll just have a big smile on her face. She’s the easiest baby. We’ve got a fun little bunch.”
These days, Briana and her family are living in Oklahoma, which means they are a little far from her mom. When Vicki appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen this week, she opened up about her daughter’s big move to Oklahoma and shared how she feels about the recent change for Briana and her family.
