Teresa Giudice Shares This Surprising Response on Her Feelings About Jacqueline Laurita Today
The RHONJ cast member gives an update on where she stands with RHONJ alum, Jacqueline Laurita, on WWHL.
There's no question that Teresa Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita have gone through their fair share of friendship drama together over the years. As fans may recall, when Jacqueline last appeared on The Real Housewives of New Jersey back in Season 7, the tensions between her and Teresa ended up rising to an all-time high, resulting in a falling out between the longtime friends.
Recently, Teresa opened up about her current feelings towards Jacqueline during her February 1 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen after host Andy Cohen read a viewer's question asking about where things stood between Teresa and Jacqueline. Andy also chimed in on the matter, saying, "I mean, I think it's time for you and Jacqueline to have a little summit in Vegas [where Jaqueline currently lives] and just let bygones be bygones."
Teresa offered a rather surprising response on her feelings about her feud with Jacqueline. She told Andy that her future sister-in-law (who recently joined Teresa and her fiancé Luis "Louie" Ruelas on a fabulous Aspen vacation) was "starting her own business" involving an app about the practice of forgiveness. Teresa went on to explain that her future sister-in-law had told her to "forgive and move on" which became a reason why Teresa was now open to the idea of making amends with Jacqueline, as she told Andy, "Yeah, maybe I would be open to that."
This isn't the first time Teresa has hinted about the possibility of making amends with Jacqueline. Last year, the RHONJ cast member shared that she'd consider getting back on speaking terms with Jacqueline if given the opportunity during a May 12 appearance on WWHL.
"Listen, she was my best friend. And that was really traumatic for me. It really was. I felt betrayed. And that hurt me really bad. It felt like it was a really bad divorce. She just hurt me really bad, and I'm a very loyal person, so I felt very betrayed," Teresa had said at the time, telling Andy, "But I'm over that now. It's been so many years."
