We learned more about the trip's sleeping arrangements in The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 12 After Show, also exclusive to Bravo Insider members. In the video below, Dolores Catania's ex-husband and forever bestie, Frank Catania, who was on the Nashville trip along with the ladies' significant others, shed new light on the shift in his friendship with Dolores that he noticed on the trip, and it had everything to do with where they were sleeping.
"There was a room there with two beds in it, all right, for me and Dolores," Frank shares in the video below. "Then I hear from the girls, 'How is Dolores supposed to move on in a relationship?' Next thing I know, I'm moving one of the beds out of the room."
