Dolores Catania Dishes on Her New Boyfriend: "It's a Very Different Relationship"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member reveals details about her latest romance.
Dolores Catania is spilling all the details about her new boyfriend, Paul "Paulie" Connell. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member, who recently went Instagram official with her relationship, opened up about her new beau and shared her thoughts on why her previous relationship with David Principe didn't work out.
During her February 22 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Dolores revealed one of the factors that led to her breakup with her longtime boyfriend, David, after host Andy Cohen asked if David "could have done or said something different" that might've helped make the relationship work.
"He could've done a lot of things different, sure," Dolores said, to which Andy replied, "Like show up a little more?" Dolores, nodding her head, responded, "Yeah."
Dolores went on to share more about her current beau, Paul, who is from Ireland. "He's a Dubliner," Dolores told Andy, adding that he has an Irish accent. "Wow, he does not sound very Jersey," Andy remarked, to which Dolores replied, "No, he's not."
And, as it turns out, Paul has actually met several of Dolores' fellow Jersey Housewives. "He's met Margaret [Josephs], he's met Teresa [Giudice] on FaceTime, he met Jennifer [Aydin]," Dolores shared.

Recently, Dolores dished on her trip to Ireland with Paul, as she posted a sweet photo of the two of them on a plane together.
"Love you Ireland," she wrote in the caption of her February 19 Instagram post. "From castles to cottages, amazing food and soo much fun!! A beautiful country, beautiful people, the biggest hearts. Looking forward to a Real Housewives of Dublin. Up [in] the Dubs. ([You] know [Paul Connell] put his two cents in)."
