Frank Catania recently shared an update on his health, revealing that he had been diagnosed with a form of skin cancer, and had undergone a procedure performed by Dr. Bill Aydin to remove the basal cell carcinoma from his chest.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/7c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey ex-husband of Dolores Catania shared the news of his health scare and subsequent surgery performed by Bill to remove the skin cancer in an interview with The Morning Toast podcast. "I just went to Bill. I was hoping. He just did a surgery on me," Frank revealed, adding, "I had a little basal cell carcinoma, which he removed from my chest."

Though fans are quite familiar with the close bond between Frank and Bill as part of their beloved "Wolf Pack", which includes Joe Gorga, Evan Goldschneider, and Joe Benigno, Frank later mentioned on the podcast that the surgery was the "first time" he had ever gone to Bill for a medical procedure, and that the plastic surgeon husband of Jennifer Aydin was "incredible" taking care of him. Frank also went on to reveal that he was a bit scared going into the surgery, saying during the interview that he told Bill, "'Make sure I don't hurt.'"

Frank also posted about his recent health scare and surgery on Instagram.

Frank is not the first Bravoleb to open up about dealing with skin cancer. Bravolebs ranging from Andy Cohen to Real Housewives from across franchises have been candid about the topic in the past.
