Jackie Goldschneider Just Shared a Major Update on Evan’s Career: “It’s Official”
The RHONJ couple is celebrating something major.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Jackie Goldschneider is here with some big news about her husband, Evan Goldschneider. She took to her Instagram Stories this week to reveal that Evan has a new gig, and we have all the details.
“It’s official!! Evan’s a professor!!” she shared, also confirming that he’ll serve as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, teaching finance (Evan’s main gig is in the finance world).
Evan reposted her announcement to his Instagram Stories. She also shared a shirtless photo of her husband and captioned it, “Hey professor” along with some heart-eye emojis. (That one he did not repost, FYI.)
As it turns out, Evan has a history with Georgetown. He earned his MBA there, and in an interview with Bravo Insider in 2021, Jackie explained that his intelligence was one of the reasons she fell for him.
“Evan was, on paper, he’s absolute perfection. He went to Michigan, he got an MBA from Georgetown. He’s absolutely brilliant,” she said. “He’s into sports, which I find, you know, I was raised in a big sports household, so I find that to be such, like, a turn-on. He’s really into sports. He had a lot of friends. Like, and he was a, a, like a hedge fund executive. You know, like, everything on paper was perfect. And he was just so, usually those guys are such a--holes, but he was so nice. A nice guy. And I really could see, like, a future with him.”
Weeks before dropping the news of Evan’s new job, Jackie shared an update on their marriage. “Celebrating 16 incredible years! Happy Anniversary my love! I love you [Evan],” she posted alongside photos of the two out celebrating. He also posted the photos, adding, “Love you!”
In case you were wondering, Evan also isn’t shy to share why he loves Jackie so much. When speaking to Bravo Insider last year, the RHONJ husband shared what he loves most about his life partner.
“It was a combination of everything. It was her mind, her appearance, her spunkiness. There was a lot of things that initially drew me to her,” he said. “I was really looking for everything. I was looking for the unicorn, which was to have a beautiful face and body but also to be beautiful intelligently and also to have the beautiful inside. So I saw the parts of that immediately. Then I got to know her, and I got to see even more of her, and it’s, I was more convinced that was her.”
