Melissa Gorga’s Emotional Post About How Big Her Kids Have Gotten Has Antonia Saying “OMG”

The 2022-23 school year is in session and Melissa Gorga is feeling all the emotions. In a September 6 Instagram post, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom gave a glimpse of her two oldest kids heading out for their first day back to school.

Melissa posted two photos, one was a current photo of Antonia Gorga and Gino Gorga, and the second one featured the siblings as young kids.

“I can’t believe it! My senior is driving my freshman to high school today,” she wrote in the caption. “So many emotions to feel. Where did time go? When people used to say that time [flies] I never believed them. I feel like they looked like the second picture just yesterday… Thank you God for blessing me with such amazing kids. Have the best day my loves.”

The throwback photo didn’t seem to win over Antonia as she expressed her opinion of it by commenting, “Omg that second pic no.”

The siblings opted to keep things casual on their first day. Antonia styled a black crop top with cargo pants, while Gino paired a white tee with black Nike shorts and a pair of Nike Dunk Lows.

Gino’s outfit of choice seemed to be a last-minute decision as Joe Gorga joked about it in the comments of Melissa’s post. The RHONJ husband wrote, “I thought Gino was going to wear the shirt with the cut sleeves, to show off his muscles. I guess not. Mommy won that fight. LMAO!”

While the new school year is barely underway, Antonia’s senior year seems to be off to a great start, judging by her recent Instagram post. The 17-year-old gave a sneak peek into her senior festivities posing alongside a friend.

The two high schoolers were all smiles in front of a black car that was decorated in crazy senior art. Antonia captioned the trio of photos, “23NIORS.”

Last month, the RHONJ daughter posted a group photo of her cheer mates. She captioned the photo, “Cheer Szn!!!!”
