We Have an Update on Teresa Giudice and Dolores Catania’s Friendship
The RHONJ cast member shared her thoughts on friendship while revealing where things stand with Dolores Catania.
There’s no denying that Teresa Giudice and Dolores Catania have been through a lot together over the many years of their longtime friendship, which spans decades. Despite some bumps in the road, including the fact that Dolores wasn’t invited to Teresa and Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ engagement party — a much-discussed topic at the Season 12 reunion — The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members recently took to Instagram and gave a look at where things stand between them today.
“Great friends are like diamonds bright, beautiful and valuable,” Teresa wrote in the caption of her June 7 post, which featured a stunning photo of the RHONJ OG surrounded by friends, with Dolores sitting right by her side, as she celebrated her recent 50th birthday. She also included the hashtags “50 and fabulous” and “beautiful friends” in the caption of her post.
Dolores commented on Teresa’s celebratory post with heart and hands-raised emojis, and also shared her own birthday tribute to Teresa on Instagram, revealing just how strong the pair’s friendship remains.
“Happy birthday Teresa,” she wrote in the caption of her post, alongside a sweet photo with Teresa. “Hope this year brings you nothing but love love love [and] happiness. Can’t wait to make more memories [and] celebrate you.”
In addition to celebrating with Dolores by her side, Teresa posted a photo surrounded by her two soon-to-be sisters-in-law. “Thank you to my beautiful sisters in love for always giving me a reason to smile,” she wrote in the caption of her post, alongside fiancé Louie’s two sisters, as they celebrated her milestone birthday. Joe Giudice couldn’t help but add a flirty comment to his ex-wife’s post, writing, “Is the tall one married?”
Dolores isn’t the only friend Teresa has spent time with lately, as she also showed love to The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Cynthia Bailey, after recently meeting up with her for a fun date night with their significant others.
“Had the beautiful night with this amazing couple,” Teresa wrote in the caption of her June 2 post, adding, “[Cynthia], I love your husband amazing man god bless.”
Dolores also shed some light on her friendship with Teresa and revealed some surprising details about why it sometimes seemed as though she was explaining her friend’s actions, in an episode of Bravo Insider’s Housewife to Housewife, which you can check out below.
