Ashley Darby’s New Year’s Resolution for 2023 May Surprise You
The RHOP cast member went through a lot of life changes in 2022, and her plans for the new year are all about taking risks.
As 2022 comes to a close, many people are thinking about what they want to take with them into the new year and what changes they want to make in their lives.
For The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Ashley Darby, adventure seems to be in the cards for 2023.
“Don’t panic, Mom,” the mother of two wrote in an Instagram Story on December 28. “But, this is my New Year’s resolution — rafting in the Falls!”
The RHOP OG is looking forward to taking risks next year, and she may be happy to see 2022 in the rearview mirror for one major reason.
In April, Ashley announced that she had “decided to separate” from her husband of just under eight years, Michael Darby, via a statement to The Daily Dish.
“We are now both at very different stages in our lives and have different goals for our futures,” she shared in part of the statement about her ex, with whom she shares two sons, Dean (3) and Dylan (1). “We both want the other to achieve true happiness and fulfillment and feel that we cannot do this together.”
Viewers have learned more about Ashley’s separation from Michael — and their decision to move forward with buying a house together — on Season 7 of RHOP. After filming, Ashley linked up with Winter House’s Luke Gulbranson at BravoCon 2022, and the two have since shared insight into their connection on social media.
While nobody can predict what will happen in Ashley’s romantic life in 2023, fans at least now know what she’s looking forward to accomplishing in the new year.
