Heather Gay Shares an Update on Her Three Daughters, Annabelle, Ashley, and Georgia
The RHOSLC cast member referred to her three girls as her "best friends."
In addition to owning Beauty Lab + Laser and appearing on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Heather Gay is a dedicated mom to her three daughters: Ashley, Georgia, and Annabelle.
The Bad Mormon author shares her girls with her ex-husband, Billy Gay, and viewers have gotten to watch the three evolve since the show first premiered in 2020.

Heather Gay's Updates on Her Three Daughters
After taking her youngest two girls, Georgia and Annabelle, out for a ski day on Season 4, Episode 5, Heather reflected on her strong relationship with each of her daughters. "Most teenagers would probably rather be caught dead than hang out with their parents," she said in an interview on the episode. "But, as trite as it sounds, my daughters really are my best friends. We are a tight-knit group."
Fast-forward to Season 4, Episode 7, and Heather Facetimed her eldest daughter, Ashley, to discuss Jack Barlow's decision to go on a Mormon mission instead of college. Ashley, who is a student at UC Santa Barbara, had just returned from spring break in Cabo, Mexico when her mom called.
"It was so good," Ashley told her mom about her getaway. "Time of my life, I'm still on spring break mode."
Heather reflected on her daughter's life and college journey in an interview on the episode.
"I was thinking and seeing the world in a much different way when I was her age," she explained. "I've read my journal, and it's humiliatingly embarrassing... In many ways, I feel like Ashley is the version of me if I hadn't been raised in the church."
Heather Gay's Recent Milestones with Her Daughters
The RHUGT alum has also let her Instagram followers in on her daughters' latest achievements.
Ashley started her junior year at UC Santa Barbara in September 2023. Heather shared a carousel of photos of Ashley after her first day of classes as an upperclassman. "School is back in session [at UC Santa Barbara]," Heather wrote in the caption of her post, along with a yellow heart and a blue heart in honor of the school's colors. "Ashley is officially a junior in college. I couldn’t be prouder of her kind heart, incredible work ethic and fun sisterhood... Love you Ash! Happy first day of school."
A month earlier, in August 2023, Heather took Annabelle and Georgia to a Taylor Swift concert. She documented the outing with an Instagram photo and a caption that paid homage to the singer, writing, "Bigger than the whole sky."
