Ryan Serhant's Old Apartment Is Up for Sale and It Could Be a Good Luck Charm
Here's your chance to own a part of #MDLNY history.
Ryan Serhant and his fiancée Emilia Bechrakis are getting ready to tie the knot this summer, and the Million Dollar Listing New York broker is looking back at where it all began. That's namely because the apartment Ryan lived in when he met Emilia was just put on the market for $2.4 million, he announced on Instagram Friday. "To everyone interested, if you buy it, maybe you too will find the love of your life," he gushed in the post.
It's clear to see why this pad holds a special place in Ryan's heart. However, there's plenty to love about this unit all on its own. The 1,600-square foot crib located in The Armani Building at 20 Pine Street in New York's Financial District is certainly a thing of beauty. The two bed, two bath corner loft, which was featured on Seasons 1 and 2 of MDLNY, comes with 11-foot beamed ceilings, ebony-stained hardwood floors, oversized windows, and custom-designed closets, according to the listing on Trulia. Residents of this building also have access to a library lounge, pool, Turkish bath, spa treatment rooms, a golf simulation room, and a billiards room.

When Ryan lived here, his spacious living room was perfect for entertaining, as he described during his house tour in the above clip. The sleek kitchen, huge master bedroom, and rain shower will probably also make you want to move in.
