Samantha Feher Just Bought an Apartment in NYC & Is Doing an "Expensive" Renovation (PIC)
The Summer House alum opened up about her new home, including if she plans to have it "for life."
Samantha "Sam" Feher just accomplished a major real estate goal.
On June 3, Summer House alum revealed, "I bought an apartment in [New York City] and moved in just over a month ago."
In an Instagram Story photo that gave a peek at the home, Sam declared, "This is my Carrie Bradshaw apartment," and went on to explain, "It's an investment, something I plan to hold onto for life, and a piece of my city that is truly just MINE and nobody else's."
However, that doesn't mean Sam plans to make NYC her permanent home. "Eventually, I want to start a family in the suburbs and make that my primary residence, and then buy more properties so l can travel to my favorite cities and always feel at home," she shared. "It's always been a dream of mine to do that and it's one of the big goals I work towards in my life!!!"
On June 4, Sam shared more details on the photo of her new apartment, explaining that she had a 55" Samsung frame TV above her "real wood-burning fireplace."

In a separate Story photo, Sam revealed that she is renovating the apartment, which she noted is an "expensive and long process."
In another snap, she stated she wants to have the home upgrades done "by [end of year]."
When asked by an Instagram follower how she made "extra cash," Sam shared that in addition to becoming an influencer/content creator, she also "ran a retail store (online boutique) for like 3 years."
She added, "It earned me my down payment on my NYC apartment!!"
