Samuel L. Jackson's Friendship with Judge Judy Is the Best Thing We've Learned About in Ages
The Kong: Skull Island actor is BFFs with the sassy TV judge.
Here's one squad we really want a membership into. Apparently Samuel L. Jackson and Judge Judy Sheindlin are tight. Like BFFs who travel the globe together tight. The Kong: Skull Island actor dished all about his pal when he sat down on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday.
First, here's the origin story to how the actor and the TV judge formed such a tight bond. "I met Judy at [my agent Tony Howard's] house. My lawyer's husband is the guy who makes her deals. I met Judy at Tony's house and we used to smoke together 'cause I used to smoke," he recalled. "And when Judy stopped smoking, she made me stop smoking. She sent me to her doctor in White Plains, who actually treats you with sodium pentothal and I quit smoking. But Judy used to get up in the middle of the night to smoke. She's like, 'I would get up to smoke.'"

Again, here they are making us jealous of their perfect friendship at the 55th Annual Women's Guild Cedars-Sinai Gala held on November 13, 2012 in Beverly Hills, California.
While Judy is known for her signature sassy barbs, killer eye rolls, and general ability to throw shade with great ease, Samuel knows a different side of her, a softer side you could even say. "Judy's awesome," he said, before applauding her ability to make it rain as TV's highest paid personality. "She's straight up clocking dollars."
So, what does a friend date look like between Judy and Samuel? "I've had tea with Judy at the Dorchester in London," he dished. "And hang out and fly back and forth cross country with her on planes. Judy's awesome."
Ugh, we bet.
