Stassi Schroeder Says She Keeps "Hearing These Stories" About Scheana Shay's New Boyfriend

The big news around SUR these days is that Scheana Shay is off the market. The Vanderpump Rules cast member confirmed earlier this month that she is no longer single and in a "very, very new" relationship.

Though Scheana has not yet identified her new boyfriend, sources told Us Weekly and PEOPLE that the SURver is seeing professional rugby player and gym owner Brock Davies. In fact, Brock has apparently already been spotted out and about in public with Scheana, most notably at BravoCon earlier this month where attendees took note of his alleged antics during the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen taping that weekend.

One fan asked Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark for their thoughts on Scheana's new boyfriend in light of his rumored buzzy behavior during their Basically Stassi panel at BravoCon on Sunday, November 17. "I think I need another drink," Beau said after getting out of his chair while processing everything the fan was saying about Brock. "No, I like Brock a lot. I like him. He's a nice guy."

This wasn't exactly news to Stassi. "In front of us, he's been very nice, but I keep hearing these stories, and it's making me laugh, because this is now the 17th time I've been told this information," she said.

Beau added that he has also heard similar accounts of Brock before. "Scheana's lovely, and she needs someone good for once," he noted. "So we hope that this s--t works out."

Stassi agreed that Scheana only deserves the best when it comes to relationships from here on out. "Hopefully Brock is not an a--hole, hopefully he's not a loser, hopefully he treats her correctly because she has earned a good relationship, I will say this," Stassi shared. "As much as I make fun of her, she earned it."

Scheana previously assured fans during an interview with Us Weekly earlier this month that her new man isn't like the past flames we've seen her with — guys like Rob Valletta, Robby Hayes, and Adam Spott. “I feel like I’ve been single for so long because they were the Robs and the Adams and the douchebags and all the Bachelor guys, and it’s like, I was the one putting in so much effort, and I’ve never had someone treat me the way I deserve and treat me the way I treat people,” she said. “So with this one I’m like, you know what? We’re gonna see where this goes and I’m gonna ride this out and hopefully he’s a keeper!”
