Lauren Wirkus Clears Up a Major Misconception About Carl Radke and Scheana Shay's Hookup

There's a rumor rocking the worlds of both Vanderpump Rules and Summer House. Scheana Shay allegedly hooked up with Carl Radke, which has been confirmed by Kristen Doute, Stassi Schroeder, and Stephen McGee. 

Yes, Carl even confirmed the gossip himself when he appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen earlier this month. "Scheana and I hooked up, yes," Carl said, later adding that it happened twice. "I think what she was upset about is other people talked about it on our behalf, which is frustrating because Kristen was not there, Stassi was not there, and Stephen was not there, either."

But there was something not right about Carl's comments, according to his ex Lauren Wirkus. She took issue with what he had to say when she appeared on WWHL Monday — but not for the reason you think. "I'm gonna say one thing right now: He led people on to believe they had sex. They did not. So let's not throw the word 'hookup' lightly," Lauren said on WWHL, confirming that Carl and Scheana had just made out. "I don't know why we are leading people on, but Carl's good at that." 

Of course, Lauren has had her own issues with Carl, which we've seen play out over the past two seasons of Summer House. Carl has been called out for not being completely honest about his intentions with Lauren and about what he sees as the future of their relationship. 

Scheana, who has previously called the hookup rumors "BS," thanked Lauren for "setting the record straight" about her and Carl on Twitter Monday night.
