Jax Taylor Shares a Look at His New House as He Marks a New "Era" (PICS)
The Valley cast member is showing off the very chic and simple interior design in his brand-new townhouse.
Jax Taylor is now getting more settled into his brand new house that he moved into at the end of August amid his separation from his ex, Brittany Cartwright. Although The Valley cast member has said that his "new place" will "take some time" to get used to, he is slowly but surely turning his townhouse into a "home," thanks to his cozy, new decor.
Jax took to Instagram earlier this week, where he showed off the inside of his new space, designed with help from Canadian company, RENWIL decor. In one photo, Jax can be seen leaning against a credenza, placed in front of a giant piece of artwork, decorated with a number of coffee table books, vases, and candles, and a giant clock on the floor.
Another photo captured Jax putting up a mirror on the wall in his serene, blue-hued bedroom, complete with a cozy white comforter and blue throw pillows, which bring out the blue in his area rug. In the third photo, Jax held on to his accent lamp sitting on his bedside table, along with a midnight pumpkin-scented candle placed beside it.
"In my home decor era I guess," Jax wrote in the caption of the post.
Inside Jax Taylor's Living Room in His New Townhouse
Jax's new living room is just a little bit of a work in progress compared to the other spots in their house. The Jax's Studio City owner took to his Instagram Story earlier this week, where he showed off his outfit in the mirror in his living room, subsequently showing off a small glimpse of his living space.
In the photo, a beige couch can be seen sitting in front of a massive TV. But the walls are just a bit bare. Jax's mirror selfie also revealed that he has a number of family photos — including sweet ones of his son, Cruz — sitting on the floor, waiting to be hung up. But, he is making progress, slowly but surely.
Jax Taylor Opens Up About His New House
During a September 13 episode of his podcast, When Reality Hits, Jax revealed that he had moved out of his shared home with Brittany "about two weeks ago." This new place, he explained during the episode, is "absolutely beautiful, brand new, very secure, updated, remodeled, [and] super safe for Cruz."
Best of all, he lives next door to Vanderpump Rules' Tom Schwartz, who has his own townhouse, and is willing to help Jax out whenever he needs. "He is my best friend at the end of the day," Jax explained. "And if I need help with something, if I need help with Cruz, he's right there."
"I'm really happy here," he concluded. "And I honestly can't wait for Brittany to see this place. I know it's going to take time for her to come here, but I really can't wait for her to see it."
