See The Formal Invitation Patricia Altschul Sent Out For Her Winter Wonderland Ball
The Southern Charm grande dame gave fans a close-up look at Charleston's most coveted invitation.
If you're waiting for an engraved invitation to Patricia Altschul's Winter Wonderland Ball, you may be waiting for a while. (Bummer.) After all, the gala is one of Charleston's most exclusive events, and not everyone can get a coveted invite. But now, we can at least get a look at one.
On July 5, the Southern Charm matriarch took to Instagram to share a snap of the gorgeous invitation she sent out to the chosen few. If you know anything about the society maven, it's that she'd be aghast at the idea of sending out anything less than top-notch — and this invitation does not disappoint. Take a peek:
In her caption, Patricia explained that the invite — which is stamped with her own family crest — was written out by hand in calligraphy on velum. Then, it was hand-delivered to invitees. (Suddenly, we're feeling a bit sheepish about our Fourth of July pool bash evite.)
