Lilly Ghalichi Is Pregnant with Her Second Child: "Been Busy Creating Life"
The Shahs of Sunset alum is feeling the love from the Bravo family after making her big announcement.
Shahs of Sunset alum Lilly Ghalichi just shared some big news: she's pregnant with her second child. She revealed the news she's expecting again in an Instagram post on Friday (January 14) that featured a glamorous photoshoot along with her husband, Dara Mir, and their 3-year-old daughter, Alara Mir. Did you expect anything less from Lilly than an over-the-top and fashionable pregnancy announcement?
She captioned the photos, "Been busy creating life." You can check out the full photoshoot here.
"Surprise. Sorry I've been so MIA. It's been a hard few months this pregnancy," she added on Instagram Stories. "Thrilled to be expecting our next baby and finally feeling better."
Lilly was feeling the love in the comments on her post from members of the Bravo family.
Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi commented, "Yessssssss!!!!!!" Mike Shouhed wrote, "Big congrats! That’s wonderful news. So happy for you guys." "Congratulations," Reza Farahan wrote. "What a blessing!!!"
Porsha Williams commented, "Awe congratulations." "Ahh!! How exciting! Congrats you two!" Gretchen Rossi commented.
"Congrats love!!!! So happy for you guys," Kim Zolciak-Biermann shared. Heather Dubrow added, "Congrats [Lilly]!!!!! So gorgeous!!!!" Lisa Hochstein and Askale Davis also commented with their congrats, among others.
In 2020, during an interview with Bravo Insider's Life After Bravo, Lilly shared that she was definitely open to expanding her family. "I do [want more kids]. I'm just so tired... I need to get that train on the tracks started," she said in the interview, which you can check out above. She added, "I still want more kids. I'm 38 years old now. So for anyone out there that's watching, it's not too late for you. OK? You can have babies into your 40s if you want."
Lilly further opened up abut her life as a mom in her Life After Bravo interview, elaborating on what she "didn't expect the most" and why her daughter is "the best love you will ever experience."
"Now I'm a mom... She is the joy to my life," she said. "She has completely changed my life in every way, shape, and form. And I live every day just to see her and be with her and be her mom."
She reiterated: "Being a mom has completely changed my life."
