Shannon Storms Beador on Having Lung Damage Amid Coronavirus Pandemic: "I Need the Zen"
The RHOC mom revealed how she's staying careful during COVID-19 self-quarantine.
Shannon Storms Beador appeared on the April 29 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home, and during her message, she opened up about how she's taking special precautions to care for herself while self-quarantining during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
"We are so happy to hear that you've recovered from this coronavirus," The Real Housewives of Orange County mom told Andy Cohen. "It is such a scary time. And as you and I have discussed, I have lung damage in both my lungs, so I'm one of those people that has to be careful. And I can't stand it, but I am really taking it seriously. So one of the things that I've done is I've tried to create a very balanced, peaceful, and zen-like home — and I've got 9 lemons in a bowl in whatever room I can put it in because I need the peace. I need the zen. So that I'm not stressing out."
(You can hear more from Shannon about how she's readied her home for self-distancing above.)
Shannon appeared in the message with her dog, Archie, who she assured fans earlier this week is smart and healthy after they seemed concerned about him. "I've been spending a lot of time bonding with Archie," she said in her WWHL message. "He really enjoys going on walks with me. I'm quarantined with [my boyfriend] John Janssen and that's a good thing."
She concluded her WWHL message with a special RHOC-specific tease, which you can check out below.
