Shannon Beador: My Castmates Knew About the Affair

Shannon Beador’s world was rocked when she discovered that her husband, David, had been having an extramarital affair. Even worse? It turns out that the majority of her co-stars and friends actually knew about the infidelity before she did.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star has been extremely forthright in documenting her domestic differences with David this season, and during last night’s appearance on Watch What Happens Live the outspoken blonde confirmed Tamra Judge’s claim that her posse was privy to the cheating.

"They all knew before I did,” Shannon said after she watched a clip of Tamra admitting she had the information even when they taped last season’s reunion. “No one said anything?” fellow Housewife and guest Dorinda Medley asked. “No. Very shortly before I found out,” Shannon responded. “I know now that they all knew.”

Not long after Shannon confronted David after finding receipts in his briefcase he came clean. The couple is committed to reconciliation and have fiercely worked together to mend their marriage. 

“What’s important to both of us, as corny as it might sound, is we want to give other couples hope that even if there is infidelity, or something devastating in a relationship, if you both work and make the effort and love each other, you can get out,” Shannon says. “You can get through it and get through in a better position than you started out in.”
