UPDATE (March 15, 2018, 10:39 A.M.): Shannon offered a little sneak peek at her project on Instagram with a behind-the-scenes snapshot of herself at work on the project. She also shared a message of how excited she is to start this next chapter in her life. She wrote, "The countdown is on...only 33 days til my @qvc launch! This whole journey has been amazing! I can't wait to share it with you!" While the project is still a bit mysterious, we do it's food related and it means we'll get the chance to hear more about Shannon's love for cooking.
The original story continues below.
It's been several months since we heard about what went down when Shannon Beador stopped by QVC HQ last November, but now we finally know what The Real Housewives of Orange County mom was up to. And, it turns out, it has something to do with her love of cooking. She shared an update on Instagram over the weekend, writing, "Today it became real! QVC is HAPPENING!!! So surreal to see my recipes come to life!!! Launch date is April 18th!!! #dreamcometrue."
It's not a total shock the project is food related. QVC guest host, Marie Louise Ludwig, first hinted at that when Shannon first teased the news last year: "Great to meet you yesterday! So happy to welcome you to our QVC foodie family."
It's an exciting time for Shannon as she embarks on a new chapter after she announced her divorce from David Beador last October (more on that below). The SoCal mom has long wanted to work in the food industry and has even teased with the idea of opening a restaurant in the past (more on that above). So, we're pretty excited to see what she'll be cooking up this spring.
