Shannon confirmed their positive COVID-19 test results by sharing a family portrait of her and her daughters, Stella, Sophie, and Adeline, wearing matching black sweaters. “This photo was taken pre-pandemic. Today, we are Covid positive times 4,” she wrote in the caption.

The Orange County mom went on to explain that she and her children are now self-isolating and following the advice of their doctors, writing, “The girls and I are blessed to be quarantining in the same home (but isolating in separate rooms).  A huge thank you to all of the medical personnel that have been patiently guiding us through this illness. Sending prayers to all of those affected.

The post was met with supportive comments from fellow RHOC ‘Wife Braunwyn Windham-Burke, who sent her love with three heart emojis, and Braunwyn’s mom, Dr. Deb. “I’m so sorry sweetie…keep us up to date with how you’re feeling,” she wrote, also adding, “You are loved. We’re praying for your full recovery.”
