Shep Rose Will Only Change His Look for One Lucky Lady
The #SouthernCharm bachelor opened up about the special woman in his life — his mother.
Shep Rose is one of Charleston's most famous bachelors, but there is one lady who has a lot of influence on the Southern Charm pal. Who's that woman, you ask? It's his mom, Frances Rose. Shep shared that little tidbit about himself on Facebook after he posted photos of himself rocking a beard after his vacation in Costa Rica and fans started wondering how long his new look would last.
"I'll keep it until I see my mom next week," he wrote about the scruff. "She's gets upset when I look unkempt. Got to make her happy after a lifetime of stress caused."
Fans have seen Shep's mom pop up on Southern Charm, and when The Daily Dish caught up with her little boy last April, he revealed a bit more about her — and whether she's anything like the show's matriarch, Patricia Altschul. "Well, my mom don't have a butler," he joked. "But they're a lot of alike. They can hang with the guys and laugh at the stories and not be too demure and Southern gentile. They can yuck it up and that's fun. I like that. Of course, I wouldn't say some of the things that Whitney says in front of his mom in front of my mom, but that's their relationship and that's fine."
