Shereé’s birthday dinner became a heated topic on the RHOA After Show.
Shereé Whitfield debuted her relationship with Martell Holt at the beginning of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 15, and it wasn’t long before the pair encountered drama. Shereé first clashed with Kenya Moore over an alleged DM that Martell had sent her in the past, and now he’s getting criticism following Shereé’s birthday dinner on Episode 14.
Why? Well, as a producer told Shereé on The Real Housewives of Atlanta After Show, “The streets are saying Martell didn’t pay for your birthday dinner.”
Shereé first responded by attributing that talking point to the RHOA castmates she was sitting with: Marlo Hampton and Sanya Richards-Ross.
Marlo and Sanya denied being the ones to spread the chatter about Martell, but the conversation about the birthday dinner didn’t end there. Instead, Shereé and Sanya began to go back and forth over the details of the celebratory get-together.

“At the end of the day, it was just a little much for anybody to think that they were gonna come to my birthday party and not bring me a gift and not do this and not do that, and then you think that you’re gonna get your meal paid for,” Shereé argued. “We’re not married or anything like that.”
Sanya, however, clarified that while she “originally thought that Martell would pay,” she later realized “how new the relationship was” and came to the conclusion that “Martell shouldn’t have that responsibility.”
That didn’t settle things between the two, though, as they then began to discuss the lack of gifts brought to the dinner. Thankfully, Marlo eventually stepped in to play the role of “life coach.”
“Can we breathe in? Breathe in,” she said to Shereé and Sanya. “Close your eyes… Listen, you guys. We’re going to agree to disagree.”
It took some time, but Shereé and Sanya ultimately did exactly that. “I love you guys,” Marlo said. “We love each other.”
“Yes, we do,” Shereé said, prompting Sanya to add, “I don’t got no beef,” which Shereé happily agreed with.
