If you're feeling the ups and downs of the Bershan Shaw and Sonja Morgan drama on The Real Housewives of New York City, you're not the only one. In fact, Bershan recently chatted with The Daily Dish podcast and called her Salem trip drama with Sonja and the events after "a roller coaster."

How to Watch

"It got a little bumpy with Sonja and I. A real bumpy road, right? We went on a roller coaster together. A real roller coaster, so you guys gotta, like, really stay tuned and watch, ‘cause it’s some good stuff, I think," she said.

Of course, Ramona Singer was caught in the middle of the tension as she is Sonja's longtime BFF who just so happens to also have a friendship with Bershan, even if it's newer. So when Luann de Lesseps appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on July 27, she shared her take on how Ramona handled the situation.

"She didn't defend Sonja enough," she told a fan during WWHL. "I thought she could have come in stronger for Sonja. I thought Ramona was a little weak there because they're old-time friends, and Bershan is a new friend."

You can hear more from Luann about her various relationships on RHONY in the WWHL clip, above.

During her appearance on The Daily Dish podcast earlier this season, Bershan also shared what it was like to hang out with the RHONY crew after being introduced to them by Ramona. "I think they’re all amazing in their own way," she said. "I think they’re all great in their own way. Through crazy, through fun, through entertainment, through whatever, they all offer something that’s amazing."

She also reflected on what it was like to be the new girl among a group that has mostly known each other for decades. "I always say it was like going to first grade or second grade, but when everyone had their friends, and they’re in their cliques, and you’re coming in and you’re trying to fit in," she said. "And I’m like, 'Hey, everyone,' with open arms, and everyone’s like, 'OK. We don’t know you. Who are you?' You know what I mean? What I realized is that everybody doesn’t take that the same way, and you have to get to know people and you have to warm up to how they are, right? And me, I’m just thinking I can be me, but people read you differently and they don’t know you, so they have no past history or anything background."

She continued, "Eboni [K. Williams] and I had some bumps in the road. We had some ups and downs, for sure, but still love her. Look, I love what she’s doing. Sonja and I had a little bit of a run-in, but I love her. I love Sonja. She’s as funny as ever. So, I think me getting to know the women and them getting to know me. It was all sorta like a bumpy road. You know?"

So, how are things today with her pal Ramona? "Ramona and I are on good speaking terms," Bershan said. "We spoke yesterday, so, look, Ramona is a tough cookie, but I love that. You gotta know Ramona."
