Sonja Morgan Calls Out Dorinda Medley After Being "Iced Out" of the Girls' Trip

There's always drama whenever The Real Housewives of New York City cast heads up to the Berkshires, and Wednesday night's episode was no exception. Dorinda Medley planned a weekend getaway for the ladies in her gorgeous house, but considering all of the tension in the group, especially around Sonja Morgan and her relationships with Ramona Singer and Bethenny Frankel, she decided it would be best if she cut the three days into a dinner and didn't have Sonja there to avoid the conflict. 

Needless to say, Sonja wasn't too thrilled about being disinvited from the Berkshires trip, but she didn't seem to take the news too badly when Dorinda told her during the episode. Well, things change on RHONY faster than a New York minute, and Sonja ripped into Dorinda on Twitter as she live tweeted the episode Wednesday. 

Sonja mostly took offense to the comments that she's vulnerable and it would be better for her to have one-on-one time with Dorinda, away from alcohol and the other ladies. "I don't need [D]orinda to protect me from my friends that I know longer than her," Sonja tweeted.

Dorinda explained her decision on Twitter. "This is coming from a place of kindness… From a place of kindness!!!! And protectiveness and concern and love @SonjatMorgan," she wrote.

After Sonja's heated discussion with Bethenny about her Tipsy Girl liquor line earlier this season, she said her disinvitation was a sign that Dorinda had chosen Bethenny's side in the spat. "Not nice to "protect" me from @bethenny," Sonja wrote. "She wasn't even mad anymore. Not cool to ice me out."

Dorinda said she wasn't trying to insert herself into the drama between Sonja and Bethenny. "Not choosing sides, I just know a storms a brewing and I'm playing smart @SonjatMorgan," she said.

Bethenny confirmed that she didn't ask Dorinda to not invite Sonja to the Berkshires. "For the record I told [Dorinda] to invite whoever she wants & that it's her house," she tweeted. "I don't dictate someone else's list."

In Sonja's response to the above tweet, she called out Dorinda for having ulterior motives for not inviting her to the get-together. "I know that [very] well. @DorindaMedley story is fake U say 2 my face what u feel & u don't need a gang #nothingunusual," she wrote.

Sonja had some harsh words for Ramona as well, even though Ramona agreed with Dorinda that not having her come up to the Berkshires was best for Sonja's well-being. "Been doing this a long time. @DorindaMedley I don't need u to 'protect' me," she tweeted. "@ramonasinger 'concerned' lies as usual."

She also claimed that the Berkshires trip was longer than Dorinda and Ramona let on. "Not nice @ramonasinger you knew this wasn't just '1 night' What a bitch. @DorindaMedley knew too," she wrote.

But after watching it all back, Dorinda said she still thinks she made the right decision. "And considering how the trip plays out I stand by every decision I made," she tweeted Wednesday.

However, Sonja was so not buying that. "Phuleeze. Not my 1rst time at the rodeo," she said. "Like I don't know what happens [with] the ladies on a trip. #icedout."

Sonja may not be in the Berkshires, but plenty of conflict is. See what's going to go down as the ladies continue their trip during next Wednesday night's episode at 9/8c.
