Sonja Morgan is never afraid to let loose and share all aspects of her life on The Real Housewives of New York City in completely candid ways.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

So when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday (August 14), she was asked what her ex-husband John Adams Morgan's family thinks of her sometimes wild antics given that she does charity work for their foundations.

"I've never changed. I've always been a girl to dance on tables," she said, in part, on WWHL (clip below). "No apologies there. They know who I am."

Sonja and her ex were married from 1998 to 2006; together they have a daughter in college. And they remain on good terms, she revealed in 2018: "First of all, I like to say I didn't divorce the family. My husband and I divorced. He didn't divorce me. I didn't divorce him. We love each other. We love our daughter."

The conversation around Sonja and her connection to her ex-husband's family has come up on seasons past, including a debate regarding her use of the family crest, as well as when she got very emotional over the Morgan letters.

You can hear more from Sonja about her charity work with the Morgan foundation in this throwback The Daily Dish interview, below.
