Austen and Shep Have Some Thoughts About Craig and Madison’s Recent TikTok Together
Southern Charm cast members Shep Rose and Austen Kroll react to that viral clip featuring Craig Conover and Madison LeCroy.
It’s been a few weeks since Southern Charm’s Craig Conover and Madison LeCroy teamed up to appear in a TikTok together. In it, Craig and Madison are hanging out and dancing to Usher’s “Love in This Club.” The video was posted to Madison’s account and also to Craig’s TikTok, with Craig adding the comment, “Caption this.”
The TikTok made headlines after Craig and Madison’s tension with each other in Season 7, especially at that season's reunion.
With the tension seemingly eased between the pair, their viral video got some reactions from Shep Rose and Austen Kroll, the latter of which had a rather dramatic on-again, off-again relationship with Madison.
The Daily Dish recently caught up with Shep and Austen, who weighed in on that video. “Trust you me, they don’t meet up and get coffee and gossip. That’s just not a thing,” Austen said, further noting, “I know why it happened.”
Shep added more insight into where things stand between Craig and Madison today. “[Craig] doesn’t really have a beef with anybody that’s longstanding. I mean, everybody gets pissed at Craig all the time. Equal opportunity. I’d say this about all of us: We’re not gonna hold a grudge. There’s no point,” he said. “Holding a grudge is like drinking a poison and waiting for the other person to die.”
Austen shared one more thought about the Madison-Craig situation, joking, “Craig can be bought.”
Fans will get to see more of where things stand among the Southern Charm cast and their friends when Season 8 premieres on Thursday, June 23, at 9/8c with a supersize episode. And it sounds like there’s going to be some drama between Shep, Austen, and Craig this season.
BTW, each episode of Season 8 will stream the next day on Peacock. Catch up now on all the previous seasons of Southern Charm on Peacock or the Bravo app.
