Craig Reveals Surprising Thoughts on Proposing to Paige and If He’d Attend Madison’s Wedding

Craig Conover recently took his turn in the hot seat with the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen callers. During his September 13 WWHL appearance alongside fellow Southern Charm cast member Austen Kroll, he fielded questions ranging from when he’ll propose to Summer House’s Paige DeSorbo to whether or not he would hypothetically attend Madison LeCroy’s upcoming wedding to Brett.

After one WWHL viewer asked for Craig’s reaction to Summer House’s Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard’s recent engagement, he followed up by asking if Paige “is the next one to be proposed to.” Craig’s response? “Um, I hope one day Paige is in that same position, but I don’t know if it will be next,” Craig said. “I think our path is a little different than theirs, and I think that’s OK.”

As for Carl and Lindsay’s proposal news, the Sewing Down South owner replied that he’s “happy for” them. “I’ve always loved love,” Craig explained. “You’ll see that I have not always thought that they were best for each other, but they’re engaged now. And I got to spend some time with them recently and celebrate that.”

Later, during the WWHL After Show, another caller asked Craig if he would attend Madison and Brett’s wedding should he receive an invitation, or if that would make him “unloyal” to Austen. Since he was seated next to Austen in the Clubhouse, Craig told his fellow Southern Charm cast member to cover his ears before he answered.

“I would consider it, yes,” he revealed. “If I can make it happen, I would go.” Lucky for him, Austen said that it “wouldn’t bother” him if Craig attended his ex-girlfriend’s destination wedding in November. (That could be a moot point, however, as Madison recently told E! News that only 30 people are invited to the “intimate” nuptials, and the guests will primarily be her and Brett’s family members.)

If Craig did happen to score an invite, however, it wouldn’t be the first time he kept company with the bride and groom-to-be. Also on WWHL, he admitted that Madison and Brett “came over” for a Southern Charm Season 7 reunion watch party. Though Craig described Brett as tall, of course, he insisted that Madison’s fiancé is not as handsome as Austen.

So in case you were worried, yes, their bromance lives on.
