Leva Bonaparte Reflects on Dramatic Southern Charm Finale Party (UPDATED)
Southern Charm cast members Leva and Craig Conover rehash the drama at the Season 8 reunion.
UPDATE (OCT. 13, 4:05 P.M.): During Part 2 of the Season 8 reunion, airing October 13, Craig and Leva sit down on the Southern Charm reunion couches and break down every dramatic moment from his finale holiday party. In the clip above, they share their take on their party drama today.
The original story continues below.
To say that Season 8 of Southern Charm ended on a dramatic note might be a bit of an understatement. The holiday party hosted by Craig Conover on the September 29 episode was a little light on holiday cheer and heavy on tensions. A lot of the drama at the bash had to do with the fact that Craig did not have a seating chart for his guests, and because of that, Naomie Olindo and Leva Bonaparte were asked to sit at a table separate from their friends (clip above).
So, how does Leva feel about it today? Well, she recently posted an Instagram set to Beyonce’s “Cuff It” with the caption: “It was never about the seating or the pasta for that matter…” She further addressed the Craig drama in an interview with Page Six, adding, “As of that night, the nature of my friendship with Craig and a couple of other people on the cast drastically changed.”
As you might recall, Craig’s girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo, did suggest that he consider putting together a seating chart (clip below). Perhaps he might want to take her advice next time.
Speaking of important seating arrangements, preview the upcoming two-part Season 8 reunion, which kicks off on Thursday, October 6, and find out where everyone is seated.
In fact, when speaking to Page Six, Leva teased a bit about what she and Craig discussed at that season-ending sit-down: “We’re no longer close, but we spoke at the reunion and you’ll have to sort of tune in to see the context and where that lands us now.”
