Everything You Need to Know About Southern Hospitality's TJ Dinch
Southern Hospitality's TJ Dinch pours the drinks at Republic — but does he also stir the pot?
Leva Bonaparte has high standards for the people who work at her popular Charleston nightclub, Republic Garden & Lounge, but do her employees always hit the mark?
When Southern Hospitality debuts on November 28, viewers will get to meet 10 of Leva's staff members who work together, and who consider themselves to be close friends.
Most of the cast members, like bartender TJ Dinch, are pursuing lifelong careers in the hospitality industry. Find out more about TJ — including his potential beef with another employee — by scrolling below!
His background
The Southern Hospitality cast member is originally from Virginia, and he moved to Charleston so he could have a thriving career in the hospitality industry.
His work life
TJ is a bartender at Republic, and his official bio describes him as a "loyalist" to the Charleston nightclub. His bartending style mirrors how he is outside of work: "neat, organized, and clean."
Based on the teaser trailer, TJ will clash with Bourbon N' Bubbles VIP Concierge/model Grace Lilly, who tells Leva that she left a shift early, in part, because of her allergies, a full moon, and other changes in her astrology.
"How much attention do you f-----g need?" TJ asks Grace in the Southern Hospitality trailer.
Viewers will have to tune in to find out what sparks TJ's comments, and to learn if he'll end up resolving his apparent issues with Grace at any point.
His personal life
The Republic bartender is gay, and dating can be a "challenge" for him in Charleston. TJ has not publicly shared that he is in a relationship.
