How Did Stassi Schroeder Reconcile with Kristen Doute?
The former #PumpRules SURver dishes on reconnecting with her pal and putting the drama behind them.
These days Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute are on good terms, and now Vanderpump Rules viewers might be wondering how the two former SURvers were able to put their differences aside. “You know what. It was a slow process," she told Andy Cohen on Monday's Watch What Happens Live. "I didn’t speak to her for a year and then every month after that I felt like it was giving another inch and eventually it got back to the way it used to be. I’m really happy about it. I love Kristen.”
Kristen previously told The Daily Dish that she saw a change in Stassi, after most of the group turned their backs on her. "She tried really hard. Just when she decided to come back, I was like the only one that she had," she said. "A lot of people felt like it was a convenient timing, or [Stassi] was kind of preying on my weakness of feeling like I still needed her to forgive me for past mistakes, and it really wasn't like that at all... I just saw growth in her, like starting to really focus on herself, and not in a selfish way."
Stassi also shared her response to her ex-boyfriend, Jax Taylor's, apology following his arrest in Hawaii, which aired Monday night.
