Steve Gold Reacts to His Driver William's Friendship with Ramona Singer

Ramona Singer's friend, William, should look very familiar to Bravo fans. Not only has he hung out with The Real Housewives of New York City ladies prior to Ramona and Sonja Morgan's joint birthday party in Season 13, but he has also been seen driving Steve Gold around the Big Apple on Million Dollar Listing New York.

Lucky for us, just as Ramona and William have been a hot topic on RHONY lately, Steve appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on August 5 (clip above) and mentioned the buzzy friendship. When Andy Cohen asked for Steve's thoughts on the pair, the MDLNY broker replied during the WWHL After Show, "No comment."

However, Steve did have more to say about William's professional life. "Yeah, he's got his license, and he's selling," Steve shared, adding that William is selling real estate as part of his team.

William has been the talk of RHONY among fans ever since the July 27 episode ended with Ramona giving her friend a hug and telling him that she would give him her address after he responded to her that he didn't have it.

When Ramona appeared on WWHL earlier this week, she confirmed that she and William did not hook up the night of her and Sonja's birthday party. In fact, she had a perfectly logical explanation for why she gave William her address. "Hank [Luann de Lesseps' friend and the party planner] came over. Other people came over. I had eight people over," she said. "I had an after party after my party."

Turns out, Ramona isn't William's only connection to RHONY. We learned in the July 15 episode of MDLNY that he has also appeared in cooking videos on Dorinda Medley's YouTube channel, often sans shirt. "Little known fact: Will isn't just my driver and an agent. Homeboy's got a side hustle, too," Steve revealed in the episode. "I'm not quite sure how Will ended up in Dorinda's cooking show, but I think it's because Will's friends with Greg, who's one of Dorinda's best friends."

Dorinda, of course, has also appeared in the current Season 9 of MDLNY as Steve tried to sell a property in Upstate New York. But she's not the only RHONY alum that Steve is acquainted with. He revealed a connection to Kelly Killoren Bensimon, who has also appeared this season of MDLNY, during Thursday's WWHL After Show. "We were friends with the same surf instructor. That's about it," Steve told Andy when asked if he and Kelly ever had "a moment years ago."

The subject of RHONY came up while Steve was in the Bravo Clubhouse, along with Fredrik Eklund, Tyler Whitman, and Kirsten Jordan, because Andy had asked for the agents' reaction to Sonja's recent revelation that she went on a date with Ryan Serhant before he was married way back in the day.
