Paige DeSorbo Responds to Past Craig Conover and Naomie Olindo Gossip with Some “Rumors” of Her Own

Fans followed Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover’s journey to becoming an official couple on this season of Summer House. But there were definitely some bumps along the way before the pair finally decided to commit, as Paige considered rekindling her Winter House romance with Andrea Denver and rumors about Craig hooking up with Kristin rocked their relationship.

Turns out, there’s been some other speculation about their hesitation to call each other boyfriend and girlfriend. When Paige appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on May 2, one fan wanted to know from the Summer House cast member, “How do you feel to learn the rumors that Craig was hooking up with [ex-girlfriend Naomie Olindo] while hooking up with you? Do you think that’s why Craig took so long to commit?”

Paige may not have been happy about the Kristin rumors earlier in this season of Summer House — to put it mildly — but she had a totally different response to this bit of gossip on WWHL. “OK, I’m gonna be totally honest,” she began. “I feel like if you’re gonna hook up with your ex-girlfriend, you should do it in Vegas.”

Besides, Paige and Craig weren’t exclusive at the time. “And so, when I heard those rumors, I wasn’t that mad, just because I was in New York doing whatever I wanted,” she said. “And he didn’t hear about my rumors.”

Of course, these two did finally cement their relationship as a couple, and Paige recalled earlier in this episode of WWHL the moment Craig asked her to be his girlfriend. “He actually told me,” Paige said. “And we were at his parents’ house, and he said, ‘What happens if we break up?’ And I said, ‘Well, it’s very hard to break up with someone you’re not dating.' And he said, 'Paige, we’re dating.' And I said, ‘OK.’”

When Bravo Insider caught up with Craig last month, he admitted he “was nervous” for Paige to read some of the details of his relationship with Naomie in his new book, Pillow Talk: What’s Wrong with My Sewing? “Not because it’s a secret, but just because I know how I would feel having to read about her past loves. But she handled it really well. [You’ve] got to suck it up a little bit. But like I told her, it’s a really important part of my story, and it’s why, you know, without that part, we wouldn’t be together,” Craig said. “’Cause I was so honest about my story with Naomie, it could easily be maybe seen as [are] there still feelings? Or was there ever closure? I mean, just being honest. Obviously, like, if you’re an intelligent person, you’re aware of that. I think hopefully by me telling such a complete story, it takes away any concerns about that. And that was the goal, to just tell the story and kind of be done with it.”
