Whether it's a salon, a restaurant, or a lemonade stand, Tabatha Coffey says there's one thing every successful business needs. "The number one thing is passion," the Tabatha Takes Over star reveals to The New York Post. "That drive will get you up every morning and make sure that everything is running well."
But in order to reach that running-like-clockwork level, you must log the hours, warns T. "You have to be present in your business," she tells the paper. "A lot of businesses are failing because people are not present. They expect everyone else to do the work for them and to take care of the business and do the right thing. Are people making sure the product is sold properly?"
Without that follow the leader stability, the blunt Aussie predicts companies will stray from their focus. A prime example? This season, Tabatha saves a failing fro-yo shop from their financial doomsday. "They were confused and lacked focus on what they really were. They sold frozen yogurt but they also sold coffee and these terrible packaged sandwiches. They just had so many things going on that it didn't have any focus, so as a customer walking in you didn't know what the hell it was."
