What Does Tamra Judge Eat in a Day?

As it turns out, Tamra Judge's commitment to maintaining her fit figure extends far beyond the walls of a gym. And now The Real Housewives of Orange County mom is giving fans a taste of what she eats on a daily basis. From a hearty breakfast to a dinner cooked up by her hubby, Eddie, Tamra proves that eating healthy doesn't always mean having to scale back on tasty treats.
To start her day, Tamra revealed that she kicks it off with a bowl of cream of rice with some blueberries tossed in. On the side, she has four egg whites. "I usually add some veggies but I'm to lazy to cut them up today," she shared in the food diary she posted on Facebook.
Next up, Tamra doesn't wait for lunch to consume something. Her post-breakfast snack consists of multicolored bell peppers and hummus.
Lunch is when she amps up the flavor volume a little bit by eating chicken with brown rice and green onions. She also eats some more berries.
Before dinner, Tamra sneaks in another snack. "Pre dinner nibble. Love my Nuts," she revealed. "Trying to drink lots of water. It's my biggest issue getting 1 gallon a day. You didn't know I have Extra Fancy Nuts."
At dinner, at least on this day, husband Eddie Judge stepped into the kitchen to cook the family something to eat. So, what was on the menu? "Grilled shrimp & veggies (no rice for mom) avocado," she revealed.
And while Tamra has been busy training for the upcoming Muscle Mania fitness competition slated for May 28 in Orange County, that doesn't mean she doesn't allow herself something sweet to satisfy her cravings.
